Seeing the new dormers going up in our area, I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS. I keep thinking that some day I may need some additional space for an elderly parent and I realize that I will not have to leave my home to provide for her.

Just wanted to let you know that this last meeting was your best ever!!! Although I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG FAN OF YOURS AND HAVE ENJOYED ALL OF YOUR MEETINGS, YOU REALLY OUTDID YOURSELF ON THIS ONE. Glen Oaks Village residents have very little knowledge of the behind-the-scenes happenings in this co-op and the difficulties encountered by the Board to keep things flowing in optimum running condition. By conveying this information, you allowed them to gain a new prospective. THIS WAS EVIDENCED BY THE APPLAUSE YOU RECEIVED THROUGHOUT THE MEETING. THE PERSON I WAS SEATED NEXT TO LEANED OVER AND SAID TO ME, “IF BOB EVER LEAVES THIS CO-OP, I’M MOVING. My sincere thanks to you and the board for all your hard work and dedication, it is truly appreciated.
